The Calorie Shifting Weight Loss Plan

By: Tristan Bucknell

The calorie shifting diet is becoming more and more popular because it has been proven to be an effective way to quickly lose weight and achieve fast and continuous fat loss. Thousands of people have been using this diet plan to rapidly burn calories and lose as much as ten pounds or even more every two weeks.

But what exactly is the calorie shifting diet and how does it work?

The calorie shifting diet works by constantly changing what you eat in order to trick your metabolism so that it thinks you are not dieting when you really are which keeps it burning fat quickly. The problem with other diets is that your body gets used to the regime and gradually slows down which reduces the weight loss but calorie shifting keeps it at full speed.

So what type of people will benefit from the calorie shifting diet?

The calorie shifting diet is perfect for people who have a slow metabolism, want to lose weight quickly with minimum effort, have little or no time to exercise regularly, and have tried other diet plans but failed. The great thing about this diet is that you don't have to count calories which can be very tedious and time consuming.

The calorie shifting diet doesn't require you to do any exercise as part of the regime but if you can do some cardio, aerobic, and other exercises regularly you will speed up the results and increase the amount of weight you will lose. If you can't do this but can manage to do some walking on a regular basis you will greatly improve your results.

So what kind of foods can you eat with the calorie shifting diet?

The advantage of the calorie shifting diet is that you can buy and prepare your own meals because what you are doing is alternating the amount of calories you are eating everyday so you don't have to stick to certain foods. A typical menu will be for eleven days and will consist of different foods and calories so that your body can't predict what you will have next.

As your body becomes used to this regime you then switch to another diet plan after eleven days that has a totally different menu that once again has different calories everyday. The main benefit of constantly changing your diet plan is that you won't get bored of eating the same foods all of the time which is a common problem for many people when dieting.
